How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery within Lagos typically takes 1 to 2 business days, and 2 to 4 business days for other states, depending on your location.

Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, and orders over ₦50,000 qualify for free delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely by card or bank transfer through Paystack, or choose pay on delivery in supported areas. All online payments are encrypted and protected.

Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced from trusted suppliers and reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before it is listed. If you ever receive an item you are unsure about, contact us and we will make it right.

What is your return policy?
Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as opened test kits and supplements cannot be returned. See our returns policy for full details.

Do you sell prescription medicines?
At this stage we focus on over-the-counter health essentials: medical equipment, diagnostic tools, and supplements. We do not currently dispense prescription-only medicines.
